The WWII Combat Medic was a bloody and life-saving responsibility of a few selected men.  The position was not easy and many lost their lives.  They seemed to defy death to keep others from dying.  A wounded soldier would cry out, "MEDIC"  before he would call out for his Mother.

Rey Paladini, Medic H CO. 302nd
